Special Remarks

The landlords require information on personal status, proof of income and a Schufa report before concluding the contract.
The garden is very large and extends over several levels. Interest in gardening would therefore be advantageous.
In the basement is a small separately rented 1-person granny apartment. In the house you are practically not aware of it.
